Tazkia Welong

Tazkia Welong is a Bandung-based Concept Designer and Fashion Illustrator with a Bachelor of Fashion Design (Honours) from RMIT University (2016), a Diploma in Fashion Design & Creation (Menswear) from ESMOD Jakarta (2019), and a Master of Design from Institut Teknologi Bandung (2023). Her practice spans concept development, fashion illustration, and garment construction, combining hand-rendered techniques with digital tools across projects that engage cultural commentary and sustainable craft. Industry experience includes assisting at Biyan Workshop on the Studio 133 Biyan SS23 collection and teaching Figurine Illustration & Design Development at ESMOD Jakarta. Her short film The Rule was awarded Best Student Film at ASVOFF Paris 2015, and her design work has been exhibited at Institut Teknologi Bandung.
